1st Offense
Class B - 1-9 years, minimum 2 if on school grounds
Class C - 1-5 years
Class D - 1 - 2 ½ years
Class E - 1- 1 ½ years
Alternative Sentencing is available for Class C, D and E felony offenders
2nd Offense, first offense not a felony
Class B - 3 ½ - 12 years
Class C - 2 - 8 years
Class D - 1 ½ - 4 years
